About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grow around the 45th parallel north, in soils of calcareous marl and gypsum.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, destemmed and gently pressed. The base wine ferments at a controlled 16–18 °C. The sparkling stage follows the Italian Charmat method, with a second fermentation in sealed pressure tanks.
Ageing
During ageing, the wine undergoes repeated analytical checks before cold sterile bottling.
