About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Riesling grows in clay and silt soils containing calcareous marl and gypsum.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested both by hand and mechanically, then destemmed and crushed with a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place at 16 °C with selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation is also carried out in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks to retain its fresh, light character.
Tasting profile
Refined and expressive, with a bright, fresh character. A subtle zesty note brings a playful, lively quality.
