About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards on limestone and sandy soils and are harvested by hand.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18 °C, followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
The palate is fresh and balanced.
