About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, with only a minimal addition of sulfur.
Serving and pairing
Pairs well with smoked fish, warm fish appetizers, seafood and hot fish dishes.
Label / history
The wine is dedicated to the producer’s wife. “Tippi” is the nickname of Nico’s wife and reflects her playful personality.
