About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented. A second fermentation takes place in the bottle, with only a minimal addition of sulfur.
Serving and pairing
Pairs well with smoked fish, warm fish appetizers, seafood and hot fish dishes.

“Tippi” is the nickname of Niko’s wife and reflects her playful personality.
