About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 150–350 metres above sea level on well-drained, mineral-rich sandy clay soils.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts takes place in small, open wooden vessels of 5–10 hectolitres. The wine is neither fined nor filtered before bottling.
Ageing
It ages for about one year in barriques, followed by six months in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Fresh and elegant, with a pleasant berry aroma and a soft, balanced palate.
Label / history
Production in 2018 was limited to 1,600 bottles.
