About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 150–350 metres above sea level on well-drained, mineral-rich sandy clay soils. The vines are 21 years old on average.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts takes place in small open vessels of 5–10 litres. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
Ageing
The wine ages for around one year in barriques, followed by six months in stainless steel tanks. Bâtonnage is carried out during the first several months.

Fresh, with fruity, yeasty and spicy notes on the nose and palate.
