About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 500 metres above sea level on well-drained, mineral-rich sandy-clay soils. The first vines were planted in 2000.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts takes place in small open wooden vats of 5–10 hl.
Ageing
The wine ages in barriques for about one year and is bottled without fining or filtration.
Tasting profile
Fresh and elegant, with pleasant berry aromas and a soft, balanced palate.
