About this wine
Vinification
Gravity guides the production process. The grapes undergo white vinification off the skins at a controlled temperature of 15–18°C. Secondary fermentation and maturation on selected yeasts take place for approximately 60 days in pressure tanks at 13–14°C.
Ageing
The wine rests for approximately one month before distribution.
Technical data
Organic Prosecco DOC Brut. Alcohol: 11.5%. Residual sugar: 9 g/L. Bottle pressure: 5.0 atm. Available in a 0.75 L format.
Tasting profile
Straw-coloured with a fine, continuous perlage. The bouquet presents green apple, quince and citrus notes of lemon, grapefruit and lime. The palate is full-flavoured, creamy and lively, balancing softness with fresh fruit. An elegant, harmonious structure leads to a persistent citrus finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 6–8°C.
