About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is hand-picked in late August from plots with sandy, limestone-rich soils. Many vines are more than 20 years old, and their average age is 30 years.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in French oak vats at a controlled temperature of 22–28 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in French oak barriques and barrels for at least 12 months.
Tasting profile
Richly concentrated yet remarkably fresh and pure, with an especially elegant style.
