About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from south-facing vineyards with sandy, mineral-rich soils.

Vinification

Harvest begins in late September, once the grapes have reached optimum ripeness. The grapes undergo 5–7 days of skin maceration, with frequent punch-downs.

Ageing

The wine matures for 12 months in wooden barrels, followed by approximately six months in stainless-steel tanks. After bottling, it rests for a further six months in cool, deep cellars.

Tasting profile

The wine is rich and warm, with spicy notes developed during its extended maturation.
