About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in Isola dei Nuraghi at 50–150 m above sea level, on granite and limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September, placed in small crates and transported to the winery. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled 26–28 °C for 16–20 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques.
Ageing
The wine ages for 18 months in barrels made from Allier and Tronçais oak.
