About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards in Isola dei Nuraghi are situated at 50–150 m above sea level on granite and limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late September, placed in small crates and transported to the winery. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26–28 °C for 14–20 days. Malolactic fermentation occurs in barriques.
Ageing
The wine ages for 18 months in Tronçais and Allier oak barrels.
