About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit reflects the character of the San Martino hills.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave at 13–14 °C for 60 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for two months in stainless steel tanks.

Bold and full-flavoured, with citrus and floral notes.
