About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from biodynamic vineyards on southeast-facing slopes in Monterotondo, at 350 m above sea level. Abundant sunshine supports reliable ripening, while coastal breezes cool the vineyards and reduce the grapes’ susceptibility to disease.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed after harvest, then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel vats.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless-steel vats on its fine lees.
