About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on south-facing vineyard slopes in Monterotondo at an altitude of 350 metres.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by a further six months in bottle.
