About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The selected fruit comes from southeast-facing vineyard slopes in Monterotondo, at an altitude of 350 m.
Grapes
Made from a selection of Cortese grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The must ferments at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks after fermentation.
