About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes exclusively from Piana Rotaliana.
Vinification
Produced only in selected vintages, the grapes are harvested by hand. After destemming and pressing, they undergo skin maceration with frequent pump-overs. Fermentation lasts 12–13 days at a controlled temperature of 25 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in Allier and Troncais oak barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle, for a total of 24 months.
