About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Grigio grows in Mezzacorona’s own vineyards at the foot of the Dolomites. Mineral-rich soils support aromatic development while preserving acidity and freshness.
Vinification
Harvest runs from late August to the first week of September. After crushing and destemming, the must is cooled to 12 °C and remains in contact with the skins in the press for approximately 8–10 hours, extracting colour and aromatic compounds. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for 3–4 months.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with developed aromas, freshness and well-maintained acidity.
