About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Grillo grapes are grown in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at night in mid-September, then destemmed and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 18 °C for 10 days.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees for five months.
