About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at night in early September, once aromatic and polyphenolic ripeness has been reached. After destemming, they ferment on the skins for 6–8 days at 22–24 °C. Malolactic fermentation is carried out with selected bacteria.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in French barriques.
