About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in sunny vineyards on the Piana Rotaliana, near the Noce River. The soils are fertile.
Vinification
The must undergoes traditional vinification in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 25 °C.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine rests for an unspecified period before bottling.
