About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Belice Valley on deep alluvial soils rich in organic matter and iron.
Vinification
The fruit is harvested at optimal ripeness. Maceration takes place at 26 °C for 12–15 days, with daily pumping over.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks.
