About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo grapes are organically grown in the Barolo area on limestone and clay soils, which contribute to the wine’s structure.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine ages for 38 months in oak barrels.
Serving and pairing
Open the bottle 2–3 hours before serving and use a large wine glass.
Label / history
The Ricossa family’s history began in the late 1800s in the Asti area of Piedmont, where the family founded a winery. The winery continues the family’s winemaking traditions today.
