About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Glera fruit is grown in Veneto, northeastern Italy, where the climate is mild and the soils are mineral-rich alluvial clay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and pressed. The juice is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. A second fermentation follows at low temperature in sealed autoclaves using the Italian Charmat method.

Acquesi was founded in 1952 in Acqui, Piedmont, and specializes in DOC and DOCG sparkling wines. Its approach combines long experience with traditional production methods.
