Vineyard and terroir
The Bombino grapes grow in Puglia on clay-limestone soils. The region has a warm Mediterranean climate, while the surrounding waters on three sides moderate its heat.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in stainless-steel tanks under controlled temperatures.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine matures in the winery’s cellars.
