About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on fertile loamy soils in Valle d'Itria. The soils contribute softness, concentration and good acidity.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only at optimal ripeness and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine rests in the winery’s cellars.
Label / history
The name “Codici,” meaning “codes,” reflects the winery’s interest in the cultural codes of Puglia.
