About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where stony loam soils and a mild climate allow them to ripen while retaining bright fruit and citrus notes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed, then gently pressed. The must is clarified by settling before alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled 18–20 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for 3–4 months, with regular stirring to develop texture, body and harmonious depth.
