About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from selected vineyard plots whose vines carry significantly fewer buds than average. The vines are tended by hand and nourished naturally.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand relatively early, at the beginning of September.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless-steel tanks for 10–12 months.
