About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from carefully selected plots. The vines are pruned to retain significantly fewer buds than average, tended by hand and nourished naturally.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and undergo a short maceration followed by gentle pressing. The must is clarified by settling, then fermented at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless-steel tanks for approximately 10–12 months. The fine lees are preserved and stirred frequently during this period.
Tasting profile
The aroma is intense. The palate is fresh, smooth and elegant.
