Tasting profile
A rich, refreshing Vermentino with floral aromas intertwined with fresh, balsamic herbs. The rounded, mineral palate brings together citrus, anise and ginger, followed by saline, maritime nuances and a lightly salty finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 12–14 °C. Pair with grilled fish, fried calamari or fish soup; it can also be served as an aperitif.
