Tasting profile
Pale pink in colour, with sweet red-fruit aromas. The palate is soft and rounded, supported by lively acidity. Ripe raspberry and orange-peel nuances add elegance and complexity.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 12 °C. Pair with oily or smoked fish. It also suits beef tartare and carpaccio served with rocket and Grana cheese.
