About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed before vinification in stainless-steel tanks. A second fermentation takes place under pressure using the Charmat method, with the temperature controlled at 16–18 °C. The entire process lasts 30 days.
Serving and pairing
It can be served on its own or used in cocktails.
