About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from south-facing vineyards in Bolzano, at 260 metres above sea level, on sandy alluvial soils.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place under controlled conditions in stainless-steel tanks at 28 °C for eight days.
Ageing
The wine rests in large oak barrels for at least six months.
