About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Appiano, Alto Adige, in southeast-facing vineyards at 460–500 m above sea level. The soils are predominantly limestone.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 19 °C for one week.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks.
