About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Bolzano and Appiano, at 260–500 metres above sea level, on alluvial soils and chalky gravel.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for one week at a controlled temperature of 19 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless-steel tanks.
