About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at around 400 m above sea level, with south-eastern exposure and predominantly sandy, chalky and gravelly soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 10 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in wooden barrels for at least five months.

Elegant, with a rich, fruity palate.
