About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 250 metres above sea level in a southwest-facing vineyard on limestone and volcanic clay soils. Yields do not exceed 60 centners per hectare.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented for two weeks at a controlled temperature of approximately 15 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in steel tanks with regular bâtonnage.
Tasting profile
Refreshing and distinctive, with abundant freshness and an easy-drinking character.
