About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 250 metres above sea level in soils containing limestone and volcanic clay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented for two weeks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks with regular lees stirring.
