About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 250 m above sea level in soils of limestone and volcanic clay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented for two weeks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless-steel tanks with regular lees stirring.
