About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo grows in the commune of Treiso, in a south-west-facing vineyard at 260 metres above sea level. The soils are clay and limestone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October. Fermentation and maceration take place over 14–15 days in vertical stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 30 °C, with pumping over and irrigation of the cap.
Ageing
The wine matures for one year in large oak barrels.
