Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by six months in a concrete vat and a further six months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
Label / history
The wine takes its name from Nectar Dei, a defensive tower recorded on the estate in the twelfth century and discovered there in 1183.
