About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Gavi region in the heart of Piedmont and is harvested by hand.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and pressed on the day of harvest. The must is transferred to stainless-steel tanks for skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation, which lasts 15 days at 15–16 °C.
Ageing
The wine remains in stainless-steel tanks until May before bottling.
