About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from 35-year-old vines in the Is Crabilis and Acquasassa vineyards in southern Sardinia, at 150–180 m above sea level. The soils are clay-limestone and rich in calcium.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and macerated for 6–7 days. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in steel and cement tanks before bottling.

The wine was formerly known as Triente.
