About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Malvasia Bianca di Lecce grapes come from vineyards in the provinces of Brindisi and Lecce.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested early in the morning and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation uses selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 15 °C for 10 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, then 1 month in bottle.
