About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at dawn. After crushing they macerate for 12–15 days, then are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 25 °C.
Ageing
The wine spends 3 months in stainless steel tanks and 12 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by a further 3 months in bottle after bottling.
Label / history
The text names silver and bronze medals on several occasions at the International Wines and Spirits Competition, the Decanter World Wine Awards and the Wine & Spirit Competition. No years or specific results are given.
