About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Negroamaro grows in vineyards in the province of San Donaci.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested early in the morning and destemmed at the winery. Fermentation uses selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 22–24 °C for 8–10 days. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Ageing
The wine rests for 5 months in stainless steel tanks, then a further 1 month in bottle.
