Vineyard and terroir
The wine comes from Puglia.
Vinification
Made by the classic white-wine method. The must is fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic profile of the grape variety. The alcohol is then removed gently by vacuum evaporation, which helps retain the fruity and floral notes and makes the taste lighter and softer.
Tasting profile
Light and refreshing, with the full flavour of wine but no alcohol. Notes of green apple, citrus and white fruit, with a delicate floral touch. Clean and easy-drinking, with a balance of fresh acidity and gentle fruit sweetness.
Serving and pairing
Suited to drinking on its own, as an aperitif, or as a light pairing with dinner.
