About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a specific plot on the southern shore of Lake Garda, between Lugana and Sirmione. The soils consist of clay and limestone.
Vinification
The grapes undergo cold maceration for 6–8 hours before pressing and separation of the skins from the must. Fermentation proceeds at a controlled 16–17 °C with selected yeast cultures. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is filtered and cold-stabilized in stainless-steel tanks at 10–12 °C before bottling.
