About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Dolcetto grows in well-exposed vineyards with limestone soils. Favourable weather conditions aid ripening.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo 10 days of skin maceration at a controlled temperature of 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Elegant and rounded, with refined aromas of cherry, plum, raspberry, herbs and spices. The palate is fruit-forward and polished, with a long finish.
